This guide will demonstrate how to prepare your games for ItemzFlow. You can download an Itemzflow game from our site and either play via USB directly, or transfer to internal or additional m.2 PS5 drive.
What is Itemzflow?
Itemszflow is an advanced homebrew and application manager specifically designed for PS4 and PS5 consoles. The developer, known as Lightningmods, has been hinting at the integration of PS5 app support for a while, and this much-anticipated feature is finally available in the latest version, along with several other enhancements.
The main features of this update include:
- Compatibility with PS5 Apps
- A tool for dumping games
- A built-in PKG (Package) Installer
- Support for MP3 music playback
- Additional improvements
While hacked PS5 consoles are not yet able to support PS5 “Fake PKGs” (FPKGs), they are now capable of launching dumps of games. For most users, the difference may be negligible at present, other than offering a more user-friendly experience.
How to use Itemzflow
- Download Itemzflow and add it to an exfat formatted USB
- Install using latest etaHEN (Debug settings, Game, Package installer)
- Within Itemzflow App, select your USB and add your path of your game pressing square.
- Launch Game (You can also copy to internal).
